Building a 21st Century Workforce System can not be accomplished without the support and input of industry leaders and employers. The timing has never been more critical for employers and community leaders to work together with the DuPage Workforce Board. Today's changing workplace and the nation's economic climate demand leadership and vision at all levels. Participation helps provide that leadership and the kind of strategic thinking that will bring about the changes that are necessary for the development of an integrated workforce development system.
The DuPage Workforce Board is striving to meet the needs of DuPage County employers by offering the Incumbent Worker Training Grant which pays for the vocational training of their existing workforce.
