Executive Committee

The Board recognizes that the quality of its internal organization and its on-going operation is essential to its effectiveness.  The Executive Committee  works closely with the Executive Director to frame the issues for the board and propose overall approach and direction.

• Serve as a resource to system partners.
• Work with staff to develop agendas, meeting structure and focus.
• Oversee Board member recruitment, orientation, and membership development.
• Provide policy guidance and oversight of WIA Programs in DuPage County.
• Ensure the Board committees reach identified goals.
