The DuPage County Workforce Board

The DuPage Workforce Board spearheads a workforce development system to meet the needs of employers for qualified workers and to expand employment opportunities for county residents. Through its diverse initiatives, the board is a key player in the economic growth and competitiveness of DuPage county and the Metropoitan Chicago region.

To accomplish its goals, the Workforce Board facilitates strategic partnerships between the private sector, non-profit agencies, educational institutions, local elected officials, local government agencies, labor, and job training and education programs.
